On 07/18/2024, the unknown male adult seen in the attached photograph entered two different Patelco Credit Union branches (in Citrus Heights and Sacramento) withdrawing tens of thousands of dollars in funds from the victims account.  The victim resides in Napa.  The suspect is described as a white male adult, late 50’s to early 60’s, approximately 5’9”, average build.  It is unknown the mode of transportation the suspect used to arrive or leave the Credit Unions.

The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the public's help with identifying the male suspect depicted in the photographs.

On the evening of 2/20/25, the pictured suspect entered the Little Caesar’s Pizza at 5301 Freeport Boulevard. The suspect made contact with the female employee at the cash register, where the suspect pointed a dark colored firearm at her. The female employee victim fled in fear and subsequently left the business. The suspect is described as an adult male, tan complexion, approximately 6'ft, medium-heavy build, white beard/moustache, red beanie, red "ARAMARK" jacket, tan pants, and black leather boots/shoes.

PAROLE VIOLATOR – ABSCONDING ONLY

Heriberto TORRES is listed as transient. He has been absconding parole supervision since 5/12/2023. His last known address was listed as 819 19th St. Sacramento 95811 which is a Program called Sacramento Covered to provide individuals with health and public resources.

On October 10, 2024, at approximately 1:00 a.m., the Isleton Post Office at 103 C St, Isleton, CA 95641, was burglarized. Video surveillance showed two male adult suspects exiting a U-Haul Chevrolet van and forcibly entering through the back of the post office. The suspects exited the building carrying a bag and a pressure washer. The suspects removed an unknown amount of mail, including ballots, several parcels, a laptop, a camera, and a pressure washer.

One of the suspects was of medium to heavyset build, wearing a dark-colored jacket, black Adidas sweatpants, black shoes, black hat, and a black face mask. The other suspect was a white male adult with possible brown hair and a goatee, wearing a gray sweatshirt with white lettering, blue faded jeans, black and white shoes, and a shoulder bag slung over his right shoulder.

On January 14, 2025, at approximately 11:10 a.m., a US Postal vehicle was broken into at 3740 Astoria St, Sacramento, CA 95838. A male adult, approximately 5’6”-6’ tall with a thin to medium build, wearing a white hoodie, broke the window of the postal vehicle and removed mail. The suspect entered the passenger side of a black SUV before the driver fled north on Astoria St. and turned right onto Grand Ave.
