The Placer County Sheriff’s Office is seeking your help in locating missing 16-year-old Kiely Rodni who was last seen near the Prosser Family Campground, in Truckee. Kiely was at a party of more than 100 juveniles and young adults. She was last seen at the party on August 6th, 2022, at approximately 12:30 a.m. Kiely’s vehicle is also missing from the party — a silver 2013 Honda CRV with California license plate: “8YUR127”. Kiely’s phone has been out of service since the party.
Kiely is described as a Caucasian female, 5’7”, 115 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing green Dickies pants, a black tank top, numerous piercings and jewelry, including a nose ring.

Raymond Wright lived in Rocklin and worked in Rio Linda. His pickup truck was found in January of 2018, a couple of weeks after he went missing.
His family told news media that Wright had a confrontation with a stranger in his brother’s home shortly before his disappearance. Since then, there have not been any leads on his whereabouts. Police say they “pinged” Wright’s phone and found it was last tracked to the Rio Linda and North Highlands area.
He has a large tattoo on his upper back of “Two children jumping into pool.”
Ray went missing with his truck, which has been located abandoned with no plates. Two days after his disappearance, an uncle had caught a man burglarizing Ray's home, but the man ran out through the garage before authorities arrived.

In 2017, authorities believed Taylor was in the area around Reno or Elko, Nevada. Her family believes she may have been kidnapped by sex traffickers.
Taylor has freckles on her face. Her hair has been dyed blue, red, and blond in past photos.
She has also used the aliases Chandra Marie Freitas, Mariah Freitas, and Maria Taylor.
