ROBBERY SPD NCU-N 21-116944 CS 21-013
May 12, 2021
On April 30,, 2021, at 4:46 PM, two suspects walked into a market on Northgate Boulevard. They robbed the market at gun/knifepoint, taking over $12,000. They were last seen northbound on Northgate Boulevard.
Suspect #1 is an Hispanic male, 15-25 years old. He wore a hooded blue sweatshirt, sunglasses, blue facemask/bandana, white short with blue stripes on the sides, high knee socks, and black and white Nikes. He was holding what appears to be a handgun.
Suspect #2 is an Hispanic male approximately 15-25 years old. H wore a black beanie, white sweater with blue collar and cuffs, sunglasses, one glove on right hand, white sweatpants, and black Nikes. He had a black/white Puma backpack and is holding what appears to be a knife.

On April 26, 2021, at approximately 7:50 PM, CHARLES MICHAEL EVERITT, aka MIKEY, (DOB 11/10/1975) forcibly broke through layers of building material and escaped jail custody from Merced County Jail, John Latorraca Correctional Center. (JLCC) At approximately 8:50 pm, correctional staff conducted a head count and noticed Everitt was missing, Everitt has not been located.
During follow-up investigation a jail phone call was made from inmate Everitt’s phone account to a phone number registered to FRANK NICHOLAS ROMANO, aka FRANCO (DOB 11/11/68) out of the Sacramento area. Based on the phone conversation and time frame of the call in comparison to the time frame of the escape. It is believed Romano planned to aid Everitt’s escape from custody by picking him up in the area of the town of El Nido and transporting him to the Sacramento area in order to avoid being found by law enforcement. There is no vehicle description at this time.
Both suspects are from the Sacramento area and are affiliated or have ties to the "Sacromaniac" criminal street gang.

HOMICIDE - Sunday March 28, 2021, 11:35 PM, McClatchy Park. Several subjects were playing dice that led to a gunfight. BRANNON PICKETT was killed.
Detectives are looking for these two witnesses:
Witness #1: Black male in his 20-30's with a medium build. He was wearing an "Uzzy Snubbs" t-shirt and "Squeeze Team" zip up hoodie and blue jeans.
Witness #3: Black or Hispanic male in his 20-30's with a thin build and short hair with duck tail. He was wearing a long sleeve yellow shirt with "MISSION" on the back, dark jeans.

On September 25, 2020 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Sacramento Police Department patrol officers responded to the 2600 block of Stonecreek Drive for a shooting that had just occurred at an apartment complex. When officers arrived, they located two adult victims, one male and one female, who had sustained gunshot wounds. After being transported to a hospital the female victim, later identified as 19-year-old Sarayah Redmond, died from her injuries. The male victim survived his injuries.
Detectives continue to investigate this homicide and have identified a group of subjects that they believe were involved in the shooting. Detectives are releasing surveillance footage of those subjects and are seeking the community’s assistance in identifying anybody that they may recognize in the video surveillance footage.
“Our detectives have been working for the last six months to identify those responsible for this shooting,” said Sacramento Police Department North Area Captain Steve Oliveira. “We are hoping that by releasing this surveillance footage somebody will come forward with information that can ultimately bring closure to Sarayah’s family and friends.”

On March 28, 2021, the suspect entered USA Mini-mart on Greenhaven Drive. He walked past the register and selected a candy bar. The suspect approached the counter and handed the victim a note. The note stated, “I have a loaded gun in my pants. Empty the register and hand me all of the money and no one gets hurt”. The victim gave the suspect the money, and the suspect left. The suspect was last seen on video walking south on Green Haven Dr.
The suspect is described as a Black male with light complexion. He has a thin build and large hair/afro. He wore a black mask, black t-shirt with a zipper smiley face and the words "Anti Social" underneath. He also wore dark grey torn pants and black and white shoes.

On February 28, 2021, at 8:54 PM, officers responded to the Chevron Station on Richards Boulevard and found an employee unconscious and bleeding from the head. Video showed a suspect entered the gas station and got into an altercation with the employee. The suspect threw multiple small items at the victim before picking up a 4-foot plastic folding sign and striking the victim on the head, causing him to lose consciousness and fall to the floor. The suspect removed an item from the victim's pants pocket while he was unconscious. The suspect got into a dark blue Hyundai Elantra and fled westbound on Richards Boulevard.
The suspect is described as a Black male, 21 to 25 years old, 5' 08" to 5' 10" tall, with short dark hair and a medium build. He wore a black jacket, black T-shirt with white writing, and camo skinny jeans.
FATAL HIT AND RUN Rocklin PD 21-3511 CS 21-004
March 18, 2021
Rocklin police are asking the public for help in finding the driver who killed a 30-year-old man in a hit-and-run on February 4.
About 10:50 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a report of a person “laying in the roadway” on Sierra College Boulevard near Schriber Way. The area is just south of the Rocklin Shopping Centers.
Officers arrived and found Trevor Swahn in the road. They believe Swahn was hit by a car. Medical personnel pronounced Swahn dead at the scene. Swahn was a 30-year-old man with physical disabilities.
Investigators do not have a description of the vehicle that struck Swahn, but it will have front-end damage.

Suspects approach in an open area like a parking lot or street outside victim’s residence. Suspects offer the victim a gift, sell them fake jewelry, say they lost their wallet and need money for their family, or ask for directions. Once close enough, suspects take the high value jewelry the victim is wearing, using sleight-of-hand or force.
LACRAMIORA SIRBU is described as a 41-year-old White female, born December 4, 1979. She is 5' tall and weighs 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Her last known address was General Delivery in Sacramento.

SACRAMENTO MIDTOWN PEEPING TOM CS 21-003

Recently there have been numerous reports and/or calls for service of a suspicious male subject loitering, peeping, masturbating and/or attempting to break into females residences in the midtown area. The suspect(s) oftentimes has left items at the scene such as used condoms, women’s underwear, flowers and a wig. The reports have come from numerous locations primarily in the midtown area near Sutter General Hospital but a recent report was as far as McKinley Village.
These incidents are mostly occurring in the late night and early mornings hours with the suspect(s) fleeing before PD arrival. It is unknown at this time if this is the same suspect every time or if there are numerous suspects. It appears likely that the suspect(s) live in proximity to the locations or that the suspect(s) may be transient living/frequenting the area of 29th/C St.
The man is described as a young male who often wears all black and a Raiders beanie. He also carries a large stick to reach over fences and unlock them. He is believed to be around 5' 09" tall.

The California Highway Patrol is seeking the public's help to identify the person responsible for a fatal hit-and-run.
On October 20, 2020, at approximately 7:10PM, Kia Goss, 40 years old, was killed in a hit-and-run near Antelope, The CHP said she was on her skateboard in the bike lane when the driver went into the lane and hit her. The vehicle was driving northbound on Watt Avenue at Elverta Road. The driver immediately left the scene.
The California Highway Patrol said the vehicle may possibly be a red 2015-2019 Dodge Ram truck, and it may have damage to the passenger side near the headlight and grille.

On October 17,2020, at approximately 12:17 AM, the below pictured suspect (Suspect #1) completed a beer run at the Shell Gas Station on Folsom Boulevard. The clerk chased the suspect outside where he was met by Suspect #2 who sucker punched him.
While on the ground, Suspect #1 “curb stomped” the victim causing him to have a seizure. The victim lost consciousness and suffered numerous injuries.
Detectives are still going through video and attempting to identify the vehicle the suspects fled in.

The Sacramento Police Department is currently seeking Ying XIONG on a felony warrant for the above charge.
XIONG is described as a 29-year-old Asian/Hmong male, born May 8, 1991. He is 5’ 04” tall and weighs 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is also known as Lil Pete or Lil P.
On September 25, 2020, at approximately 11:53 AM, XIONG was armed with a semi-automatic shotgun, and he fired multiple rounds at his ex-girlfriend. She sustained several gunshot wounds, to include her face. The shotgun and several shells were recovered.

On the night of July 3rd, 2020 a shooting that occurred in the north west corner of The Marina Vista Housing Complex, off of Seavey Circle in Sacramento. Michael Love III was struck by gunfire and did not survive his injuries. A second person in the area was also struck by gunfire.
Detectives believe witnesses were in the area. Sacramento Valley Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information assisting in the arrest of the suspect(s).
